The 80211.net Outdoor Amplifier OAPC-24 can be used as an indoor or outdoor signal booster to enhance the performance of 802.11b/g Access Points and Client Bridges. Delivering a full 1 Watt (+30dBm) of TX Output Power, and up to 20 dB RX Power Gain, this amplifier will allow you to take 802.11 wireless networks to the legal limit.  The Power-Over-Coax design allows the amplifier to mount close to the antenna to provide the maximum quality signal.  In particular, the Outdoor Amplifier is most useful in enhancing Point to Point (P2P) bridge links and Point to Multi-Point (P2MP) Wireless ISP networks. The 80211.net Indoor Amplifier (IAPE-24) is a unique approach to the RF Power Amplifier. This unit is designed to function as an amplifier as well as transferring data over the same CAT-5 line that carries the DC power supply.
